The Naturlait cream production area in Normandy, France, is located along the Atlantic coast. The soil is fertile, and the coverage of seawater makes the soil rich in nutrients. The forage grass grown here is rich in nutrients such as beta-carotene, iodine and oleic acid. Normandy has a mild and humid maritime climate. The temperature is moderate throughout the year, with abundant rainfall and lush grass. The unique geographical conditions have created high-quality milk sources here, thus enjoying an irreplaceable and outstanding place in the French dairy industry.

The dairy products from Normandy are a testament to high-quality milk sources and dedicated care. For generations, local herders have raised dairy cows like family, understanding their well-being intuitively. Each cow enjoys a spacious, free-range environment—averaging 15 acres per animal—and roams pastures for up to seven months a year, feeding on natural, tender grass 10-15 cm tall. Thanks to this idyllic and carefree lifestyle, Normandy cows produce milk that is exceptionally nutritious and rich in flavor.

The dairy products served at French presidential state banquets are exclusively sourced from the Normandy region. Having undergone a rigorous selection process from over 4,000 dairy producers, these exceptional products ultimately stand out for their superior quality.

Natur'Lait UHT Cream

 

This UHT cream contains 35.1% milk fat and is made from cream (derived from milk) and carrageenan. It has a shelf life of 270 days and should be stored in refrigerator between 2°C and 6°C.

 

A key characteristic of this product is its excellent stability: It blends uniformly with both cold and hot acidic ingredients without separating, resists curdling, and does not release water.
